Newly built organs are far less common these days than a hundred or so years ago. We are therefore always eager to take-on commissions for new instruments (using new or good quality second hand pipework). We continue to build several new instruments, some to specific commissions, ranging from our popular small all-mechanical Continuo organs to much larger instruments, with either mechanical or electric action.
We work closely with our customers in specifying the details of new instruments – the tonal scheme, the action the location of the organ, the casework ... it is essential to get all of these things correct and agreed at the outset, so that the organ is as valued and used in 50 years time as now. Our combined skills can help turn embryonic ideas into reality: Do contact us to discuss your needs in detail.
